Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste - 270 g
Rich, aromatic vanilla paste with visible real vanilla seeds and a thick, easy-to-dose consistency. Ideal for pastry creams, mousses, cakes, fillings, ganache, glazes and ice cream.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, natural flavouring (Bourbon vanilla extract), glycerine, vanilla seeds (1.5%), xanthan gum, guar gum.

Bourbon Vanilla Gourmet Extract - 100 ml / 200 ml
A rich Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract with real vanilla seeds for authentic flavour and a premium finish. Perfect for custards, creams, pastries, ice cream, chocolate preparations and desserts.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Bourbon vanilla extract, glycerin, vanilla seeds.

Bourbon Vanilla Alcohol-Free Extract - 100 ml / 200ml
A smooth, seed-free vanilla extract with no alcohol and no added sugar. Blends effortlessly into buttercream, whipped cream, cakes, cookies, ice cream and beverages without adding visible seeds.

Ingredients: Glycerin, water, Bourbon vanilla extract.
