Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Opened food products, or products with a broken safety seal or tamper-evident packaging, cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except where the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
