These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the online store vanillascientific.lt.

2. Orders

A purchase agreement is considered concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the online store are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before the order is confirmed.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where exclusions provided by applicable law apply.

Opened food products, or products with a broken safety seal or tamper-evident packaging, cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons where the applicable legal exception applies.

The Seller is responsible for product quality and conformity in accordance with applicable law.

As some of our products are made using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, consistency or appearance may occur.

All content available on this website, including text, photographs, design, logos and trademarks, may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania or submit a complaint through the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Information System.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service and any purchase agreement between the customer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version of the Terms applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order was placed.
